The idea was born a few years ago following an informal chat with the chef of the renowned restaurant "Al Tac" of S. Daniele del Friuli Italy. In particular, some needs and difficulties have emerged, common to various restaurateurs, regarding the need to have in the kitchen laborers for low-level jobs such as manual and repetitive activities of mixing, supervision and preparation in general. In addition to this, the growing demand from customers of fresh products and traditional recipes, vegan or allergen-free dishes. People in fact have little time to devote to cooking but are more and more aware of the dangers deriving from a bad diet due to the continuous consumption of industrial food. So here comes the spontaneous question: "And if every family could have a cook help at home cooking as in the restaurant using only healthy ingredients and appropriate to every type of diet?" Not a simple food processor then, but a kind of automaton that can interact with the person ...

In particular, some needs and difficulties have emerged, common to various restaurateurs, regarding the need to have in the kitchen laborers for low-level jobs such as manual and repetitive activities of mixing, supervision and preparation in general. In addition to this, the growing demand from customers of fresh products and traditional recipes, vegan or allergen-free dishes. People in fact have little time to devote to cooking but are more and more aware of the dangers deriving from a bad diet due to the continuous consumption of industrial food. So here comes the spontaneous question: "And if every family could have a cook help at home cooking as in the restaurant using only healthy ingredients and appropriate to every type of diet?" Not a simple food processor then, but a kind of automaton that can interact with the person by putting it in communication with the world of nutrition and performing in its place any manual passage present in the preparation of a recipe.
From the analysis of this scenario and focusing on the social value of the question: well-being deriving from a healthy and fresh diet, without additives and preservatives, we have identified three points from which the business idea arises.
1) The problem: All food from industrial sources contains preservatives, antibacterial ,treatments, etc.
2) Alternative: Healthy and fresh food can only be produced in domestic kitchens starting from basic ingredients with certification of origin, possibly at KM0.
3) Solution: We need a machine that starts from the processing ingredients and supplies finished food in an automatic way without major manual intervention without the knowledge of recipes or cooking techniques and is able to aggregate all the pocesses in its functions, supervised by a single system Operative, exclusively dedicated to this sector.The business seems quite obvious: to satisfy the need of every person to have healthy and quick food to prepare, using a device that can connect with the network and exploit its potential like a personal computer and aggregate all the functions in the kitchen and those related to induced by this sector.Winning examples of aggregation of services / functions and accessories are DOS / WINDOWS for MICROSOFT, SMARTFONE for APPLE.
