Distinct Robotics is developing IoT-based systems which can be integrated with existing small-scale farm machinery like Power Tillers and Fertilizer Applicators to make them autonomous. Our systems enable farmers to double their profits by minimizing the labor cost involved in farming. In addition, our solution helps farmers become more resilient by being better prepared using our data services.

Our IoT and Machine Learning technology enables efficient tracking and monitoring of power tillers and Fertilizer Deep Placement Applicators.This enables serving even the smallest of farmers.
We have already developed the world's first powered fertilizer deep placement applicator which increases productivity by 25% & reduces fertilizer use by 40%.
Using our IoT system for tracking & monitoring of these applicators we enable large fleet application of on-ground service to farmers. This allows smallholder farmers to simply pay per acre or per hour rather than having to buy complete machines.
Existing small rental businesses who cater to multiple farmers in villages will be early adopters of our technology.

The potential benefit for farmers from utilizing agricultural data for farm management to build resilience is enormous.
A huge population of farmers suffer from unforeseen weather changes. An early, unexpected rainfall destroys farmer's crops. This issue/ gap can be filled up by early weather updates. Other data acquired from agricultural fields such as soil quality, geospatial data, GIS mapping of fields, fertilizer use, local weather data, soil moisture, water levels, etc. is useful for farmers, businesses and governments. The data is precisely acquired, processed by our machine learning algorithms and communicated by the IoT device which is integrated/mounted on small machinery. Our technology provide precise control and remote monitoring of machines, freeing up skilled labor which can be redeployed possibility of 24-hr working.
