4. Hardware like PLC, Data acquisition modules, converters and wireless devices
 
5. Servers running application software developed on Labview 2018 Development System for Complex scientific data analysis, charting, waveform creation

DESCRIPTION
AI, NLP, Seamless connectivity, IIoT, Big data Analysis, Predictive Maintenance, Autonomous decision making Algorithms are some of the most important aspects of Industry 4.0.
 
DK Sense is a product which addresses these aspects and effectively provide customised solutions to provide transparency and control to their processes, instant access to reports and automatically generate Work flows.

HOW IT WORKS
DK Sense uses right type of sensors, probes, activators, scans data in real time from 1000’s of data points at msec to hourly intervals and streams to Cloud through it’s gateway.
 
By using IIoT, Analytics, Big Data and Chatbot cloud services, collected data will be continuously monitored to see how the plant is trending, providing detailed insight into production, consumption, wastage, quality, overheads and anomalies.
 
Data processing will also produce various predefined reports, Alarm and text messages.
 
The results are further used by AI engine to generate corrective signals which are automatically sent to various processes without human intervention.

MARKET POTENTIAL
This system has great potential in almost every industry. Wherever there is data which needs to be analysed and controlled, there is a potential to sell such a system.
 
Initially I am targeting one of my existing Industrial client manufacturing Plastic beads on continuous process 24/7. Data from this site will be used for demonstration to potential clients.
