We make all-natural gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, and non-GMO shelf stable frostings that contain half as much sugar as any other frosting or dessert spread. With Dollop Gourmet my goal was to create a delicious fearless frosting - one without all those scary ingredients and allergens, and we achieved that.

I launched Dollop Gourmet in November 2014 in all 85 Wegmans stores. Next week we are entering all 215 Meijer stores and in the fall we'll be entering a couple Whole Foods regions, among other retailers.

Previous to this product line I owned a cupcake bakery in Rochester, NY, won Cupcake Wars on Food Network, and wrote a cookbook, The Dollop Book of Frosting....
