Jeremy and Josh are uniquely capable founders. I have watched them build and iterate on DreamSeeDo since the beginning. They have outstanding product velocity and are technically beyond capable on design and engineering. They have worked closely with users, customers, and the market to iterate towards success. DreamSeeDo is a lean and mean machine.
After acquiring extensive corporate experience in both the music business and information technology industries, I came on to serve as a Business Strategy Advisor at Dream See Do in June 2014. This was a critical period of growth for the company. I was inspired by the forward thinking and innovative minds of Co-Founders Jeremy Berman and Josh Schwartzman, who were passionately focused on helping millions of people bridge the gap between education, recruitment and obtaining fulfilling, purposeful careers. Jeremy and Josh are extremely hands on with their research, leading to the development of cost effective recruitment solutions and candidate challenges that quickly help corporations identify suitable talent. Dream See Do's market and revenue validation strategies offer investors exciting monetization streams. I am looking forward to watching the Dream See Do team expand and integrate their solutions into human resource departments across the globe - Adam Kane Norcott, Music Exec.
I am the Community Program Coordinator at People's Prep Charter School, and I have been working with the DSD team for over a year now. Most recently, we worked with DSD to implement a club that covered entrepreneurship, coding, and design. The thing that stands out to me the most about Josh, Jeremy, and Poppy is their ability to listen and implement feedback. They are constantly looking for ways to better themselves and to make others better as well. When we were having attendance issues toward the end of the club, the DSD team was able to provide innovative ideas surrounding how to get students to come back to the club- including offering up their phone numbers for one student to call them to talk about her concerns, if needed. As the culmination of the club, the students presented their ideas for apps in front of several high profile Newarkers who were thoroughly impressed with the students and DSD. Many PPCS staff believe that the team put together our school's most successful club!
