a. We roast coffee every Saturday and we ship it fresh (within 48 hours from roasting).

2. Personalization and discovery

b. Based on which one(s) you like, you get that profile in the size that you need (7oz or 11oz) as often as you need (typically every 2 weeks).
c. Every 4 weeks, we switch out coffees with new ones with the same profiles. Customers are always discovering new coffees within their personal taste profile.
d. We are testing variation with split profiles (multiple tastes per household), larger sizes where Driftaway is the only coffee in your home, and also coffee for small offices (start-ups).

a. We deliver all over the US via USPS. 99.9% reliable and on-time delivery across ~10000 packages.
b. 1-2 days for NorthEast and large cities in Mid-west; 3-4 days for California and West coast.

4. Education - Specialty coffee is a small but growing segment of the home coffee market. Part of growing the segment is making great coffee easy to make at home. To enable learning, we create and post original educational content.
a. On our Brewniversity blog - 400-600 word articles 3x per week on brewing, equipment, history, origin etc.
b. Coffee tips postcards in all packages - actionable advice on how to make better coffee at home.
c. Postcards for coffees in all packages - highlighting the producers story, roasters notes for each coffee and a did-you-know about the source.
