What investors get in return?

Once an investor decides to purchase shares they will be required to submit identity documents for KYC and AML checks. Once all clearance is received and funds are transferred digitally. Investors receive a RERA (dubai land department) certified document similar to an "oqood" which legally makes them an owner or an investor in the transaction based on the number of shares they have purchase.

The entire investment on Durise will be legally recognized by the Dubai Land Department. All formalities in this regard have been discussed and approved by the land department. As far as the financial dealings, we have begun talks with the DFSA, and have reached an understanding on a legal setup that would fit our requirements.

Once ownership document similar to an oqood has been received by the investors, they will receive bi-annual dividend payments to their bank accounts. Upon exit investors will receive capital repayment and any profit on the investment.
