We are developing the idea of “automated onsite carbon negative natural fertilizer production” into a reality.


Soil and worms are the muses for the innovations we are developing in the areas of residential and commercial heating and cooling independence. The profitable business model of vermicomposting provides the funding for research & development of the processes, structures, tools, and techniques in a context with immediate demand for radical innovations in the areas of climate control, material handling, and innovative housing design; even in their most crude form. The ultimate goal of providing residential and commercial heating needs onsite from renewable byproducts while natural fertilizer is being cultivated. Soil is the new oil.

We are designing and building the technology to standardize best practices for soil building and byproduct remediation in a manner which provides us with the capabilities to replicate these operations in the state of Wisconsin, the Midwest, the entire US, and eventually on a global scale by facilitating the manufacturing of the appropriate technology and equipment with operations based out of Wisconsin. Our mission is to make soil building an efficient process in the US and in areas with poor soil quality resulting in high produce prices making healthy eating a financial hurdle.
