Will is a dynamic leader whose personal experience as a practitioner and community member inspire and inform his abilities to lead from a place of truth and authenticity. I've known Will in multiple contexts and have observed as he's taken a deliberate and hard-hitting approach to his social entrepreneurship debut. As an experienced educator, mentor, and coach himself, he knows what's happening in the trenches, and EdConnective is here to fix a broken system, one relationship at a time. I'd bet on this man and this venture any day of the week.

The beauty of Will’s proposal is his focus on strengthening teaching through coaching. Rather than sorting for deficits, Will’s strategy is to emphasize the teacher’s classroom activity as core strength and coach from their strength areas. His online strategy would bring coaching to any classroom across the country, not only in higher resourced areas. Imagine the value of consistent coaching on core strength areas for a teacher across the country. From here the possibilities for coaching, mentorship and innovation are limited only by imagination and no longer by resources. Will’s concept eliminates the financial divide that keeps so many schools and teachers from succeeding.
Will’s innovation focuses on strengthening teaching through mentorship and coaching. He is interested in mentoring a child but concerned about providing a structure that will help a generation of children. Will thinks about systems and policies because he cares so much about individuals.
