In 2015, I took part in the Uber Global Hackathon. We had to spend a month coding a project in remote and then showcase it to the Uber community.
Our project was called Uber DDos. We built an Android app that could perform a Denial of Service Attack. However, instead of sending requests to a server, the app was sending as many Uber cars as possible on a precise location.
Users could pickup an amount of money they wanted to spend and select a place where they wanted to make the attack happen. The service automatically was spending all the amount selected in order to call as many Uber cars as possible in the precise spot that was chosen.
I had the pleasure of working with Edoardo on a wide variety of projects. He is truly passionate and focused about entrepreneurship, startups and innovation. His focus let him manage different projects at once and take fast decisions under stressful conditions.
He has got great skills in programming, blogging, event management, social media and marketing.
I don't invest in ideas but in people, and with the highest standards you can expect because I don't deal with people, I don't want to have them as friends. Edoardo & Antonio are stubborn but sincerely smart & pure: the market is strong enough to transform that into pure gold. They will not rest until they get it right, and I know it because they don't have any other choice.
