We design and develop CaseBlocks in the UK using open source technology, hosted on PaaS providers, Amazon, Dimension Data and Exponential-e. End-users access CaseBlocks through a desktop browser, with no additional installs.


CaseBlocks implementation involves defining templates for case-based business processes and then releasing them into the run-time environment as a finished business application. Process engineering, consulting and Implementation can be carried out wholly by EmergeAdapt or in conjunction with the end-user, and/or their business partner.


EmergeAdapt manages all CaseBlocks implementations, offering a target uptime of 99.1%, and provides a help desk for issue resolution and additional configuration.

EmergeAdapt manages the development and support of two e-commerce sites for a national tyre retailer, processing circa £50m of internet orders per annum. The websites are integrated to CaseBlocks acting as a sales order processing and exception solution, integrated to fulfilment and supply chain systems.

EmergeAdapt has an indirect route to market and now working with cloud provider Exponential-e, selling CaseBlocks to their existing 2,000 customers.


EmergeAdapt has recently resourced digital marketing, focussed on inbound marketing serving the sales pipeline, and the external market. Content is created and marketed organically in LinkedIn and on the EmergeAdapt website.
