Defining the energy & smart city ecosystem of tomorrow
Our focus is to work with startups and cofounders to co-develop solutions that will change the way we deal with energy and transform how cities operate.
As a leader in the energy revolution, ENGIE is working on a comprehensive range of clean mobility solutions that transform the way energy is used. We are looking to work with startups on alternative fuels, transport infrastructures, smart transit systems, electric mobility and upstream design and planning. Our goal is to improve air quality, reduce noise pollution, keep traffic flowing and optimize transit networks.
In 2050, 7 out of 10 people will live in cities and ENGIE is leading the charge to smart,
sustainable, and online cities. With the evolution of energy transition (i.e. new means of energy production and consumption), we want to collaborate with startups on new technologies that will profoundly change our lifestyles and allow citizens to have a better quality of life.
Matching energy generation to demand is a key enabling factor for the energy transition.
We are looking for startups with smart technologies to develop energy management and storage solutions to respond more effectively to customer needs – including the Internet of Things, Big Data and artificial intelligence tools to develop smart grids with the ability to adapt to the energy needs of individual customers in real time
