Solutions proposed by Enging allow to monitor electrical motors and power transformers, even the ones that do not allow easy access, through an intelligent asset condition monitoring platform, ePreditMntc, based on the latest IIoT technologies related to Industry 4.0.

This software uses mathematical algorithms that processes all the acquired data from the gateway devices. The data is acquired by a specific hardware developed by Enging that only measures currents and voltages that supply the electric machines, which are easily available at the control panel, making very simple to install the non-invasive technology.

The information is then sent to a server, where it is processed and all the operating condition of these assets can be visualized through the software, ePreditMntc.

Any user with access permissions can see what is happening in real-time with assets. Also, if something abnormal is detected, this intelligent platform sends an email to defined users, warming about the asset condition, the fault type, its location and severity level. Since, at the core of this sensitive system is an advanced algorithm, it is possible to detect incipient faults in a very early stage, allowing to schedule maintenance actions and avoid unintentional stoppages and loss production costs.

This software integrates different monitoring solutions, MCM (Motors Condition Monitoring), TCM (Power Transformers Condition Monitoring), LP-TCM (Distribution Transformers Condition Monitoring) and OP-TCM (Open-Phase Fault Detection). Each of then are specifically defined for electrical motors, power transformers, distribution transforms and the open-circuit faults in the Nuclear Power Industry.
