We are creating a cloud-based AI platform to analyze mass spectrometry data. Driving the analysis is our patented algorithm which determines all possible candidate chemical structures for a given parent ion mass and its subsequent fragmentation pattern.

The algorithm has been applied to analysis of fracking compounds and generated a 100-fold increase in the number of identified chemicals compared to existing software. We are currently applying the algorithm to include bio-organic molecules such as metabolites and peptides.

By creating a platform to encompass analysis of all mass spectrometer data, we are enabling end-users to fully access their data whilst removing the high skills barriers which is currently required. The machine learning aspects of the platform enables us to increase the depth and confidence of analysis as it experiences more datasets. By leveraging information across all datasets, we are maximizing the amount of information extracted from each experiment....
