Essentially, what EPIMONI does is eliminate the middlemen in the borrowing/lending process. This, ultimately, reduces the fees paid to financial institutions and creates more value to the users. We believe that by merging a goal-setting process with a healthy social atmosphere and an automated savings system, individuals are much more likely to stay on track with their objectives.

We generate revenue by charging a per-transaction fee of $4 to each user's withdrawal. Nothing is charged on the contributions. In addition, we will sell advertisement space to outside parties, which will provide steady monthly income. We operate a lean system with low long-term expenses, so profitability is attainable quickly.

Customer acquisition will begin with promotion to groups of people that share a communal or cultural connection, such as college students on specific university campuses. A variety of online promotions on Facebook, Instagram, and Google will be used to sell to these specific demographics. We will also implement EPIMONI ambassadors, an in-person marketing program that will highlight the solutions our product provides to each particular segment.

Our beta application will launch in October 2018, which we will use as a controlled test run of our minimal viable product (MVP). During this 3-month beta test period, we will implement a direct customer feedback loop through a survey and messaging software that allows the beta testers to submit their opinions about the product in real time. The objective of the beta test is to obtain valuable feedback that we can use to improve the platform and develop an updated product to be released as the full public launch in late 2019.
