We buy these bicycles and fix them in the Netherlands by people in social reintegration programs using overproduced components to fix them that were given to us for free by the big bicycles brand in the Netherlands such as Batavus. They cannot use it anymore and they have to demolish them, but instead, we can give them a great second life. BeCiclos gives every bicycle a new identity by giving them a name and a personal story.
We deliver the bicycles within a week to the customer’s home with PostNL anywhere in Europe after it is purchased on our website.
We have the sustainable chain in which bicycles are recovered, refurbished and then sold through our website.
Our sales prices are between €150 and €300. Once it’s purchased, we have a distribution deal with PostNL that will get the bicycles anywhere in Europe (to the house of our customers) within 5 to 7 workdays.
Aside from this, we do activities to encourage people riding a bicycle and start using them daily which at the end is our higher goal.
