Answers to questions for this application come from an article I wrote for International Association of Professional Life Coaches, title of book is Create the Life You Want and How a Coach can Help, compiled by Jeannette Koczela, in 2018. My article is "Bridging the Gaps with Mantra, a Spiritual Celebration."

I co create with the client to understand themselves better, even whole undergoing an experience that can be perceived as overwhelming. The facilitating process, for me is using mantra(words that through their repetition produce specific sounds and vibrations) as a meditation technique to quite the inner self-talk. This supports the client to be able to recognize an “inner present moment” stance. Within this stance the client can experience clearness, inner stillness, and a reduction of stress and anxiety.
Mantra meditation is part of my program configuration on the journey of crafting a system that creates more present-moment awareness and a longer grounding stance.

Jonathan and Andi Goldman report, “Sound can heal the body, mind, and spirit as well as the emptions. Through this interrelationship of sound and self, we can balance and harmonize any of these aspects within ourselves and affect all parts of our being.”
Basic mantras are energy field-based sounds that: (1). will help create a translucent, and peaceful stance of the mind to promote a greater awareness, and (2). Will help with staying focused and centered to complete any task.
When you know yourself better you can create a reality that can have a positive undertone and a good temperament for success.
De. Galina Merline, a physicist, researcher, and developer in the field of sound waves, states, “the human body is a radiant machine. Every living element in our body radiates. Our brain operates on electrical current, our ears absorb sound vibrations, and we produce voices and temperature(sic).” For most of us, our ego struggles with letting go and allowing new data to come in for change. Therefore, developing the mindset to be open, when looking into the unknown, is a significant step in getting rid of outdated personal data that no longer works.
The process is not complex, or hard to do; however, being consistent with taking time to practice is extremely important. Everything you need you already have….it just needs to be awakened. Initially the conscious and subconscious minds are the focus. The process can be slow moving and sluggish due to the course of using ordinary encounters.
