Essentially Ezidox works as follows:
• Any department of any organisation that needs to collect documents from a 3rd party (or a group of people) can create a Document Request by selecting a pre-defined template that automatically specifies the documents that are needed from the customer as well as the documents that must be sent out to the customer
• The customer receives an email and text inviting them to send the necessary documents via a web portal or a smartphone app. As each document is uploaded (or scanned with a smartphone) it is automatically encrypted and delivered to the organisation in the correct format (i.e. named, filed and indexed the way the organisation needs it).

Ezidox has open APIs and can integrate into CRM and ERP systems. It also integrates with other tools such as 'bank scraping' applications and e-signature platforms. It can also be white-labelled in accordance to an organisation's requirements to ensure the organisation owns their own customer experience.
