2020 goals: We are storming into 2020 focused on expanding our e-commerce presence (with an "Ask an Esthetician" option for customers to get personalized, professional product recommendations) and we want to grow our brick-and-mortar locations. Our goal is to expand into retail space with smaller footprints (under 1500 sq ft. space) in neighborhoods and suburban areas. We think these smaller locations are the key to major growth in skincare services and are undervalued by most investors and large beauty brands.
