Amazing things Farayde's made
I have worked on sustainability-led initiatives during my entire academic career and in addition to the passion and commitment I experience through this work, I truly believe that the food technology has real potential to make a positive difference on the environment. In this context the most exciting thing I built (with José Ignacio Velasco), was a totally edible package for food in general. This edible package can extend shelf life of food, reducing food waste and the use of the plastic materials.
