FieldTrend has two products. Voice-activated workflow automation and Cost-to-Serve analysis automation. The voice-activated workflow technology is in a development stage that uses natural language processing (NLP), ML, and AI. The Cost-to-Serve analysis, now commercially available, is a hands-free cost allocation software system for field services management that analyzes the GPS co-ordinates in real-time to automatically analyze the time and cost of the fieldwork for service providers. The software automatically analyzes profit/loss per customer and per service type to allow service providers to either adjust pricing or processes to improve profitability. Examples of other markets are mobile nurses, freight transporters, paratransit mobility, and wholesale distributors. The NLP/ML-based voice-driven workflow automation system targets salespeople who currently places work orders over the phone to the helpdesk. The helpdesk enters work orders manually in the system. FieldTrend’s bot receives a salesperson’s order, understands the order context, extracts work order entities, and automatically records them in the ERP system. Hence, improving the productivity of enterprises.
