I have a similar question. (a) when do the first 8 months actually start ? ( I assumed august) and (b) which years are to be filled out ( I took 2015 and 2016). If this has to be changed, can I send an update somewhere ? I cannot change the info in the form anymore.

I assumed as first month September (because in August there are the Pitching days and the sign of agreement) and the Year 1 from April '16 so after 8 months program. Good luck!

Dear all, sorry for answering this that late. First of all: Feel free to adapt the financial plan according to your needs. The most important part of the plan are the first 8 month, because we want to see how you will use the money from the programme (and if you have other money to spend for this time).
For the following years we will accept different ways of filling it in - as the template is indeed not very clear. They easiest way is this one: Fill in first eight months, year 1 is the twelve months after the programme. Year 2 means the twelve months after year 1. But as I said: We will aslo accept other ways. Hi, the template seems to have several errors in the formulas. For instance "Marketing Costs" are counted twice. One in the "Overhead Costs" and again in the "TOTAL COSTS". Can we change the formulas?
