Applying 1 hour before the deadline!, the submit button disappeared after sending our application, the form was not editable after submit our application, we never received a confirmation email, and, for problems in your application, we're out ?, there is a better answer?.
We are waiting a reply to this question, is not possible that our team is out because the web app does not function properly. Applying 1 hour before the deadline!, the submit button disappeared after sending our application, the form was not editable after submit our application, we never received a confirmation email, and, for problems in your application, we're out ?, there is a better answer?. Million of EUR invested in this to leave everything in the hands of an inefficient web application?. Our team are very dissatisfied with FI-C3!!!

Anyway the same problem occur with other user, according can read the comments below, and had to re-submit the application, but in our case it was not possible for reasons I'll explain in the comment above.
