In the "ETHICAL ISSUES TABLE" under "Research Involving Developing Countries" is asks if the project "Benefit to local community (capacity building i.e. access to healthcare, education etc)". How is this an ethical issue? I would like to believe that our project has a positive impact on the local communities it is used in, but answering "Yes" here feels like we're doing something unethical.

If you are going to do "Research Involving Developing Countries" which has "Benefit to local community (capacity building i.e. access to healthcare, education etc)" please answer yes and refer the pages that your proposal mentions that.

I was also wondering the Ethics section where it asks if our project involves adult healthy volunteers. If we want to test our system with any users, they're probably more or less healthy, adult and volunteers... right? I'm just confused why this is an ethical issue?
