The low rewards, outdated customer experience, and physical/digital congestion around current loyalty programs are a significant pain felt by the new generation of consumers. We are trying a different approach to this market: high daily rewards combined with entertainment.

To better illustrate our consumer mobile app, think of a mix between PokemonGo mobile game and a cashback program on steroids.

One of our key differentiators is our innovative model. It allows us to give consumers an average of 20% cashback on their everyday purchases while charging less than 10% of generated revenues to business owners.

You probably see a numbers' problem right here. That's why our competitors are not close to offer a similar solution. We found a way to make that work, so Flipit is a better solution for the SMB owners:
- A lot cheaper
- No risk at all because billing is based on generated revenues

And a much better loyalty program for consumers:
- A lot more rewards on everyday purchases
- Really entertaining, thanks to interface and engagement mechanisms from the video game industry

To be able to process all those small transactions at an affordable price, we built our own payment system, in partnership with RBC Royal Bank.
