The detection systems which include many receivers to continuously receive emission data of special nuclear materials and/or radiation, chemical and/or biological contaminants from at least some of a sufficient density of smart phone based detectors or smart phone- like devices capable of communicating geo-positions and emissions counts over a network; the data will include intensities, time stamps, and geo-positions. A processor builds digital image data of the received data for a geographic area by treating emissions data from each detector as a pixel in a low-light image. The processor continuously executes a plurality of statistical computational analysis on the digital image data to separate detected signals from random, undesired signal noise, and known signal noise or sources. The statistical computational analyses include match-filter and/or other convolution techniques. An interface reports to a user when computational analyses result in detection of a contraband signal and reports a location of one or more of the detectors that contribute to the detection.

The firm shall develop technologies which shall develop nuclear contraband and radiation detection, information storage and transmission, hardware and software, and the required end user systems.

The firm initially proposes to develop end products for sale in the smart phones and like-devices, tablets and like-devices, lap top computers and like-devices, pagers and like-devices, desk top computers and like-devices, and many like-others which shall be a consumer, commercial, and Government product.
