We deliver tunisian lunches in lunchboxes for employees and people in the city center and we also do cocktails or catering in general. We have to say that we launched this service as a test and we did not find yet our final legal structure : we just have an association so that we can charge with factures and raise money. But it is not the final structure.
The idea is that we do everything (taking orders, buying materials and equipments, delivery, etc.) but that our cooks are homebased: this can enforce their economic inclusion and this allows us to grow very quickly without big investments : we just have to find other cooks....
