We have a biochar production plant of 100 kg/h capacity which we
use to test different organic waste materials to evaluate their specific behavior in the biochar production process. Each biochar production plant must be optimized for the specific organic waste and to produce biochar test batches on a significant scale for actors in the biochar
value chain.

Our concept is to build small biochar plants able to convert food waste, and other green waste into energy and biochar. Hereby improving organic waste management, reducing waste management costs, while storing CO2 in the biochar. The biochar can then be used for private or public gardening or as an additive for green building materials.

The produced biochar has been certified for its application in :
Agriculture (carbonaceous fertilizer, compost enhancer, heavy metals buffer, water and nutrients optimizer) and in Green Building (insulation material, air decontamination, humidity control, electrosmog protection,
additive in concrete; carbon sequestration building materials).

We support the development of a real biochar economy,
through collaborations with Universities and Research Teams involved with R&D activities in a range of application fields with the aim to
spread knowledge about biochar options and to speed up biochar product certification and diffusion.
