GameSense is tackling a big problem in the sports market, helping to train athletes to think quicker and react faster in their sports. We see big value in the massive youth sports space, and also the ability to apply this to pro and college teams. GameSense has the right data scientists and sports experts to execute on this plan.
I write this recommendation for gameSense Sports (gameSense) because they are an innovative sports tech company that Softball Australia (SA) values and trusts.
They came recommended to us from our regional softball teams and our National Women’s Baseball team that saw great success using their products and expertise. Since our women’s softball team began using their technologies, our coaches and players tell us how dramatically the gameSense technology has helped them become better hitters. I know our players give gameSense partial credit for helping them qualify for the 2020 Olympics. We are excited to continue to work with them as we prepare for the 2020 games and beyond. Our success and relationship with gameSense has encouraged us to expand our partnership, bringing their technologies to our entire organization including youth players and men’s softball.

The purpose of this letter is to provide a reference for Peter Fadde. I should begin this letter by saying that I am a businessman who has worked extensively with Dr. Fadde in developing sports training products based in part on his research around ‘Pitch Recognition’. I am not an academic.
I met Dr. Fadde in 2010, as a result of an extensive search of the scientific and popular literature for experts in the field of cognitive training techniques and programs in the field of sports. I have know Dr.’s Fadde and Pardikes for many years and have collaborated with them on several projects and presentations. My graduate training was in perceptual-cognitive-motor learning. As a professor at Boston University, I conducted and published numerous scientific papers on developing sport expertise, and the neuroscience of optimizing performance. Advances in technology, neuroscience, and analytics now allow us to train critical athlete cognitive and emotional skills in a cost-effective way. I have consulted with numerous professional sports organizations in many sports world-wide and as such have a personal network with management, and sport science professionals. My consultation to MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, EPL, Australian Rules Football utilized by expertise in talent identification, training for expertise, and integrating technology into sport science programs. As an advisor to GameSense, my goal is to help make the company the leading cognitive training company in the world.
