We are digitizing small & medium food producers giving them the necessary tools to manage their productions as a business. We are also digitizing Restaurants' buying processes from these independent producers.
Our product is a SAAS-enabled marketplace that acts as the "digital commercial department" of food producers.
For the restaurants, we are an online procurement platform where they connect directly with hundreds of independent food and drink producers.
We are revolutionising the Farm-to-Table B2B supply chain making it easier, faster, cheaper and more sustainable for restaurants and shops to buy directly from the producers fresh, high-quality food versus using a wholesaler.
We have proved our concept working with:
- traditional but small-medium sized local farmers
- New urban agriculture: aquaponics with the first aquaponia producer in the region (GreenInBlue) and vertical farming projects
- Innovative circular economy projects i.e. using coffee waste as soil and ugly fruits to make juice
- Innovative circular economy farmers, startups and manufacturers i.e. mushroom growers using coffee waste as soil, juice made from ugly fruits and vegetables
community-led gardens, groves and orchards that give support to socially-excluded and vulnerable groups
- Food cooperatives that work with very small farmers
We have our marketplace platform online up and running, and now prototyping our SAAS solution and piloting for Gastronomy & Culinary Schools throughout Spain. more
