From our experience the whole process for hiring developers is flawed, recruiters are all about quantity not quality. Both hirers and candidates are frustrated by the protracted and laborious process. We believe we can help fix this process and create a global community of pre-qualified talent that everyone is looking for.

We started the build back in Feb '15, the product is built, we're raised a seed round and we have paying clients. Others are trialling it and others are in the process of agreeing terms. There are three of us right now; me, my CTO from Bonza Gaming (my previous start up) and one of the top engineers who worked with us on a previous project - we are 100% flat out and bootstrapped to date.

As a hirer you can license one of our challenges to test your candidates. As a developer (as long as you pass the code challenge to join our network) you can create and review code challenges for our clients and earn cash in your spare time.

Our aim is to build a community / network of software engineers, all qualified (because they pass a test to get into the network), that engage with us because they earn cash doing code challenges. We earn revenue from them when they take a role with one of our clients (circa 15% of annual salary, like a recruiter would).

Now we have the product built we are looking to grow our network of engineers and sign up more clients to outsource their code challenges to us.
