Our fee structure is a monthly charge of $5/user, billed to the personal trainer. They enjoy better client results and retention in a fraction of the time, making the marginal fee very compelling.
Our value proposition to the user is personal attention and accountability to a trainer, with remote access--all for less than $20/month. We can offer this price point well below the competition by accessing rebates and incentives available through insurance companies to subsidize costs. Since we are not run by an insurance company the policy holders know we will respect their privacy.

Right now the US is the perfect market. With the new Affordable Care Act going into place there is a large supply of at risk people entering the insurance system. Insurance companies are dealing with this by raising premiums on everyone and giving rebates to those that are healthy. Currently the average rebate available per policy holder is $700/year. The maximum rebate allowed by law is 20% of the yearly premium, however this will increase to 30% next year.
The US is also dealing with an epidemic of preventable diseases such as diabetes and obesity that are costing billions of dollars a year.
In addition, there is a patchwork of small insurance companies scattered throughout the US which will enable us to easily build the business and scale it nationally.
