One Global Challenge, Three Themes
The global challenge has 3 main themes to create solutions for:
- Digital awareness: projects that create awareness about the diversity and gender balance in the tech industry through mobile or digital tools (digital communities, sharing experiences platforms…)
- Management: HR Policy solutions that use digital tools to manage and facilitate gender diversity and gender balance in the Tech Industry.
- Practice: Solutions that create, promote, and support custom-made work-life balance practices among employees in the Tech Industry.

The Women4Tech Hack_D_Gap global challenge is not solely for female entrepreneurs or startups led by women, it is aimed at anyone who has an interest in gender diversity within the workplace. So, come on folks, get hacking and help to balance it out!

6 finalists will exhibit during 3 days in a free booth during the Innovation Market at 4YFN
1 winner will be selected by a group of judges

Please keep in mind:
• Applications are only open to startups
• The solutions have to promote gender balance among leaders and employees within the tech industry
• The proposal has to be innovative, technological and digital based

-Prizes

Finalists will receive the following:
-An exhibition booth in the Women4Tech startup corner, part of the Innovation market at 4YFN Barcelona 2017 for the full 3 days;
The opportunity to pitch on one of the main stages at 4YFN Barcelona 2017;
(4) 4YFN badges, including Mobile World Congress Exhibition Visitor passes, on Thursday 2nd March 2017;

Visibility on the 4YFN website and 4YFN promotional material and social networks

The Winner will receive the following:
-Two (2) Gold Passes to the GSMA event of the winner’s choice;
-An invitation to be part of the Women4Tech Hack_D_Gap Global Challenge jury the subsesubsequent year.
