Our first project targeted side effects of sugar and specifically glucose rise. Extracting from a natural raw material, i.e. brewer’s spent grains, through an enzymatic process, a soluble fiber (arabinoxylan) that reduces drastically carbohydrates effects.
Differently from existing solutions, this ingredient is tasteless and highly concentrated, allowing its use in food, beverages, supplements or as pure ingredient, having only positive effects without change in production or recipe of the destination product....
