Health & Wellness Call for CO Deals

As a part of the Colorado Impact Initiative, we have just announced a $10M Call for Impact Investment Opportunities in Health & Wellness in Colorado. I am reaching out to you as a partner of the initiative to ask for your help in getting the word out to for-profit and non-profit ventures that may be interested in applying. The application has been extended to September, 21, 2015.

Through the initiative, this undisclosed impact investor is seeking investment opportunities in Colorado through our “Health & Wellness Track.” These opportunities may include but are not limited to: 1) debt securities such as: lines of credit, senior and subordinate loans, social impact bonds, student loans; and 2) equity securities including indirect (fund of funds) and direct investments including convertible notes. Both non-profit and for-profit enterprises across the spectrum of startup, growth and mature enterprise are invited to apply. Agencies and community partnerships are also welcome.
