A recent Gartner report found that, by 2020, Internet-of-Things (IOT) sensors and data analytics will be used to reinvent and/or eliminate 80% of business processes and products from a decade earlier. Heat Oracle Technologies (HOT) is revolutionizing the $37B+ delivered-fuel space heating industry, saving our customers money, and growing a strong and profitable business in the process.
Heat Oracle Mission
HOT applies modern technology, coupled with innovative data analytics to revolutionize the consumption and replenishment of onsite heating supplies. Furthermore, we believe the current system puts the consumer at a disadvantage with the majority of consumers tied to a single delivery company annually thereby eliminating competition in the annual heating season. We leverage the power of analytics to remove that market friction and lower the annual fuel costs for the consumer through competition while providing business with the data and tools to remain profitable.

HOT Products & Services
Heat Oracle produces a set of low cost internet-connect sensors to collect data from consumer’s onsite storage tanks such as fuel levels and consumption profiles. Our analysis tools consume this data and generate active optimization strategies for both heating fuel consumers and their delivery companies. Our products and services span the range of cost drivers for heating costs and additional intangible benefits as shown in Figure 1 and are described in full in the business plan.
Positioned for Growth
As a new company, we have tremendous growth potential. Our market analysis identifies a focused target audience coupled with a moderately paced market penetration strategy to both grow our customer base and expand the services our customers consume. In addition, we constrained our operating plan in 2016 and 2017 with the assumption of moderate sized small business loans instead of a single large equity investment. Our growth plan creates a profitable company in year two with 500% growth expected between 2017 and 2021. Our projections show HOT will conservatively be a $500M company in 5 years and growing.
