Hind-Sight Industries is developing patented digital eyewear to increase safety, capture life's moments, and enable people to interact more efficiently with information. Our technology allows cameras, displays, LEDs, and sensors to dock with the temple arms of glasses. The designs appear to be conventional eyewear until the docked components are pivoted into position.

Founder Bob Fuziak graduated from Silicon Couloir's Start-Up Institute of Jackson Hole in 2015. His focus during the 200 hour/10 week accredited course was developing a business model to launch The FaceShot; sunglasses with an integrated pivoting, docking video camera. The initial target audience is 8.5 million mountain bikers in the USA. Targeted retail price $299.

Hind-Sight Industries contracted four U.S. firms to help commercialize the FaceShot. USA Firmware, Summit Manufacturing Services, SmartShape, and LaunchBoom. A Kickstarter campaign is scheduled for early 2017.

Bob has more passion and vision for this project than most entrepreneurs I've ever seen. I am certain he will not stop until this vision becomes a reality. At the same time, Bob is very humble and extremely coachable which makes him an absolute pleasure to work with. Give him one idea, and he's two steps ahead. Bob has bootstrapped this company entirely and I can only imagine what he could do with more financial resources and top coaching. The first product line of Bob's company is an interesting consumer idea but product lines 2,3 and 4 are what people will be talking about most. This isn't a one product wonder but a company with a pipeline of interesting consumer products and patents. As one of Bob's coaches in the Silicon Couloir Start Up Intensive and Pitch Day, I cant think of anyone that I would recommend more strongly to this great opportunity.
