Competitive Advantage

- A waste-to-product solution: our novel wastewater treatment technology enables to clean wastewater by wastemetal and transform the manipulated sludge (byproducts) to a zero-waste product, like ceramic powders, pigment powders and other metal oxide nanopowders.

- Cost reduction: Since revenue is also expected from selling high value powders mined from the transformed waste, the cost of wastewater treatment (WWT) services can be reduced in comparison with competitors. This is a double-pillar revenue model fulfilling requirements of circular economy.

- Industrial symbiosis: The technology is fully complementary with existing technologies or can be standalone. In certain cases WWT and powder selling can happen for the same customer.


Case Study: Paint industry
The paint is made of metal oxide pigment powders, such iron oxide powder. Their wastewater can be treated by scrap metal swarfs via our technology and the final product of this recycling process will be clean water and metal oxide pigment powder (micro or nano sized powder particles). The cleaned water fulfills environmental requirements to be flushed out to the sewerage and the produced metal oxides can be selled such a customer for reduced prices. Since this is an inner circle of an industrial symbiosis, the price of wastewater treatment process can also be lower in comparison with the "we just celan" competitors.
