So whats our different? Lovely try to tie agents' rental listings to payment. Agents' role will stop when the deal is done, to follow with payments you need to deal with landlords. Thats where HOHOJO got it right. We deal with real landlords and corporate landlords. Our largest corporate landlord on our marketplace have 354m USD rental transaction value in 2014. We have secured a payment contract with one of our 41 corporate landlords. We are looking at about 2.6m USD transaction value going through our HOHOPAY this coming year.
