HRS manages the full recruitment lifecycle, seamlessly matching clients and their vacancies to candidate CVs. The CVs are ‘parsed’ digitally directly into the system. HRS is designed to integrate with social media. As a result of a LinkedIn partner API and a Google partnership, consultants are able to create a digital record and a work history biography for a target candidate instantaneously from a LinkedIn profile.

There are a number of product versions to suit customer size and required functionality.

HRS Pro - SaaS, Enterprise customisable, full-featured product, Server or Cloud-based.
HRS Connect - Designed to replace HRS Pro by 2017, HRS Connect v1 is was launched in Feb-15. The feature set will be added to with a roll out every 3-6 months. v1.1 has already been released and v1.2 is due for release in October-15. In only 6 months of sales, HRS Connect accounts for $10,500 per month in recurring revenue.
Tiro is an online job board that integrates directly with HRS Connect where users can post jobs from within Connect with a single click. Tiro’s API program allows users to integrate their database jobs with any website or other application. There is potential for Tiro to create a revenue stream via advertising.
The company has sold around 700 recurring licences to date. Projections are based upon reaching 9,000 licences by YE 2020, representing just 3% of the UK & USA market. A compound growth rate of 3.75% per month is required over the 5 year projection period. Growth is currently 9%
