ICICI Lombard Startup Challenge 2017

APEITA, an initiative of Government of Andhra Pradesh, in collaboration with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited (ICICI Lombard) launches the “Insurance Innovation Challenge“ to evaluate innovative Insurtech solutions across different technology areas. The aim of the challenge for ICICI Lombard is to assess the solutions and execute proof of concepts with the promising ones.

Interested Insurtech firms/individuals may respond to the challenge with a solution aligned to the below mentioned problem statement. All the entries will be scored along the following points - Solution fitment, Business Impact, Ease of Implementation and Innovativeness.

All the shortlisted Insurtech firms will be invited to showcase their final demonstration at Fintech Spring Conference 2017 organized by the Fintech Valley Vizag, to be held on 9 - 10 March. The event will provide an excellent opportunity for the shortlisted firms to interact with leaders from the Indian Financial Industry.

The winner of the challenge will get an opportunity to win cash prize of INR 5 Lakhs by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Problem Statement: IoT around property and logistics

Description: We are looking for an IoT solution which can forecast, detect and monitor risk in real time and make interventions to decrease risks in logistics, inventory management, property upkeep, and factory or plant management.
