The IGNITE 12-Week Program provides entrepreneurs with the business skills needed to move their companies forward, faster. The goal of the program is to provide training and support to entrepreneurs who are in the early stages of developing their business.

The 12-week program includes five full program days covering a variety of entrepreneurship curriculum:

• Day 1 – Entrepreneurship 101 and
• Day 2 – Telling Your Story
• Day 3 – Building Company Infrastructure and
• Day 4 – Pursuit of Knowledge
• Day 5 – Marketing and Branding
• Day 6 – Managing Your Business
• Day 7 – Financial Literacy
• Day 8 – Building a Success Network
• Day 9 – Planning
• Day 10 – Preparing for Lift-off
• Day 11 – Ignite Day Practice
• Day 12 – Ignite Day


The program will culminate in IGNITE Day, where each company will showcase their product or service and pitch their business to the community.

Criteria to apply:
Start-ups and early-stage companies less than 3 years old may apply.
-The business must have plans to grow by at least five full-time employees (FTE’s) in addition to the founder(s) or existing workforce within three years.
-Non-profit organizations are ineligible.
-Your business idea must be original work.
-CNM and Non-CNM students are encouraged to apply.

After your business participates in the IGNITE Community Accelerator, we stay in touch. All businesses that successfully generate revenue (or pre-existing businesses who increase revenue) are required to share 3% of their annual gross revenue with the program for a period of 5 years. The revenue share is used to support the IGNITE Community Accelerator [and other programs at the STEMulus Center], allowing successful graduates of the Accelerator to help those just starting out achieve the same results.
