Our platform, PERsonalized MEDicine using Artificial Intelligence (PerMedAIs)integrates data from various sources: clinical data from Electronic Data Capture(EDC) systems, EMR/EHR data, sequencing data from NGS platforms and the imaging data. The platform studies a patients NGS data to look for variants that are directly or indirectly associated with disease patterns. The annotated data is analyzed for gene-disease-drug association. The analyzed data combined with patient records (EMR/EHR) and imaging will be used to diagnose and prescribe drugs for treatment.
