To be more specifically, when users want to access a file, the client program should

synchronize the accessed file and all other related files first. With such a property, users

could backup all their files, includes applications, to the cloud so that they need to buy

more space than the free space.



Our goal could be achieved by combining the file system driver, program analysis

techniques, and machine learning techniques. For all these techniques, our founders

have all have sufficient knowledge. The main research area of myself is program

analysis, and I also have strong background in system and driver development. Yurong is

Based on our expertise, we developed a prototype, which is a client for Dropbox. With

our prototype, we made some preliminary study and conducted some small

experiments with real market apps. In our experiments it could reduce 90% of waiting

time and 80% of data that are synchronized. Based on our experiment, we believe that

our new cloud storage service could improve the user experience significantly.
