About the presenter:

David Van der Auwera is the founder of GrowForce. GrowForce is a Sales, Marketing and Talent Sourcing advisory firm.

At the age of 21, David started his first company, The House Of Sales, in which he managed to build a 800k turnover in services with corporate customers like SAP, IBM, Agfa Healthcare, Microsoft etc.

David has helped the Brussels Chamber of Commerce grow their budget to 6 million € by organizing networking events, international meet-ups and membership services.

David grew Groupon Belgium from 2 to 220 full-time employees and managed to create a turnover of 23 million € within the first 2 years. During this time, the also won "Website of the Year" award.
