A brainchild of Innovation Point, The Accelerator Network, Barclays Eagle Labs, Airbus Group Endeavr Wales (Endeavr), Inspire Wales and the Development Bank of Wales, the programme will see 10 promising companies receive a £50,000 cash injection in financial support for 10% equity, considerable in kind support including access to world-class training and mentoring in vital areas of IoT and business development, and use of a creative office space in the heart of Cardiff.
IoTA Wales applications are open to start ups from across the UK developing innovative IoT products or services in Wales (or companies willing to bring their projects to Wales). The programme will accelerate start ups driving IoT evolution in key areas such as cyber security, new energy systems, aerospace, advanced engineering, sensors, creative city wide networks and digital living. Applicants must be able to commit to a 12 week programme based in Cardiff’s city centre.
