There’s no substitute for experience. Internships represent a missing link to bridge the gap between military service, education and employment.

Our focus is to establish internships that provide veterans and students with relevant experience and make them most employable as they transition into the workforce. We aim accomplish this by hiring and training veterans to be our “TrainingCorps” who lead our efforts to teach employers to make their internship programs successful and most beneficial to participants.

This is how internships become the key to prepare students and returning veterans to prosper as well as to provide businesses and nonprofits with talented employees as part of a broader economic development initiative.

Our veteran TrainingCorps assist employers to recruit, train, manage and monitor interns. These efforts culminate with our Certificate of Internship Program Quality. We are now working toward monetizing these services as revenue to operate self-sustainably and to hire veterans. In brief, we are originating an occupation that will create many thousands of new jobs for veterans and others.

This manpower will enable us to expand upon our proven approach and fulfill our clear vision: to achieve systemic scale by building America's talent pipeline in the form of a national network of work readiness and placement centers.

Our social impact will cause a far-reaching and exponential ripple effect:

● Small Businesses: will have capacity to grow and create jobs
● Nonprofits: will have more helping hands to do more social good

● Students: will have experience, making them employable and work-ready
