As a result, we empower our customers not only with a skilled and executing workforce but also with a better understanding of their people. Our TMS is a data-driven SaaS that currently consists of one product that we are actively monetising, an e-learning platform. The e-learning platform allows companies to distribute training to the people they'd like to train. We are data-driven as well. This means that we track engagement on everything a user does in our platform. We can see whether a user watched only 10 seconds of a video, where they dropped off and when they resumed again. We also track how long a user watches each slide in a slideshow. Using this data, an administrator can get very detailed information about their students and can use that data to find a correlation between how they performed in a quiz versus their engagement. On top of that, we allow admins to define all skills in their organisation on our platform, and relate those skills to training content. For example, watching a video about lead generation and solving a quiz successfully could lead to extra experience points in the "Sales" skill. As a result, this automatically creates competency profiles of people following training.

That's what we currently have and more. Another thing we're planning to build is a training store for customers who don't have time to build their own training content. Our current customers can sell this training content on the store. This is another source of revenue for both of us.

We launched the product in February of 2015 and we've got about 10 paying B2B/enterprise customers, of which 2 of them are public companies. These companies are situated in the healthcare, retail, transport and telecom industry.
