Table of Authorities tools take the pain out of dealing with TOAs. Highlighted citations are color coded by category. JenDoc also helps eliminate errors by finding citations that have become separated from their associated codes. Save up to three versions of each citation – long, short, and Id. Enter a citation once and reuse it many times. JenDoc eliminates one of the biggest, and most error-prone, headaches of TOAs: marking citations. There is NO marking of citations in JenDoc, ever! Save citations to JenDoc (removing pincites, if needed) and they will be inserted for you already marked and ready to go!

JenDoc Forms tools allow you to quickly convert legal forms downloaded from state judicial sites into automated, fillable forms.

JenDoc allows you to insert fields to hold variable information. Currently, the following fields are supported: contact (name, address, etc.), gender (she/he, etc.), date pickers, and matter. These fields are automatically populated with data that has been entered into JenDoc and stored for future use. NO scripting required.

JenDoc Notes allows you to take notes on your documents. Your notes will be linked to your documents and stored in Outlook. Insert Word and Excel tables (retaining Excel’s full functionality). Create checklists. Add timestamps, date picker fields, and PowerPoint presentations. Quickly see all of your notes at a glance with a Table of Contents and/or a split window.

JenDoc also includes tools for creating pleading paper, automating discovery, and inserting legal symbols.
