Affordable way to create legal agreements and copyright registrations

Amazing things Jessica's made
I'm a tech entrepreneur and gender equality/balance advocate. A few things I'm most proud of are:

-Developed Cosynd to make legal protection more accessible and affordable for content creators, a commonly exploited group. Organically assembled a team that was 80% female, 60% minority, and 20% military.

-Honored as one of six "Game Changers" by Morgan Stanley's C2G Initiative.

-After intense due diligence, we were chosen out of hundreds of applicants to participate in the exclusive Monarq Incubator and to be funded by Pipeline Angels.

-Led Women in Music to become the largest non-profit championing equality for women in the musical arts; oversaw the growth of our organization from a staff of 10 to a staff of 200+ women working daily to support thousands of women across 15+ cities worldwide.

-Commissioned the first study of equality in the music industry in conjunction with Berklee
